Due to our close links with supermarket retailers we adopted the British Retail Consortium (BRC) standards soon after it was published in 1998. We are BRCGS grade A certified, and have a number of other industry accreditations including Kosher, Vegetarian, Vegan, Organic and Sedex.
Traceability is a key component of any quality procedure in the food industry. Our enterprise-wide resource planning system ZEIS helps us trace a consumer product bought in a retail store right back to the farm where the product originated from. This helps us isolate and control any product for potential risks in the food supply chain.
